51.4.
drawing of a power-driven vehicle (unless otherwise provided, hereinafter — the drawing) — on a power-driven vehicle being drawn;
51.5.
standing and parking of the vehicle at the night-time on unlit sections of the road (other than built-up areas), and/or upon insufficient visibility of the road when marker and parking lights are faulty;
51.6.
driving the vehicle with a technical malfunction specified in Annex 4 to these Rules, if the movement is not prohibited by these Rules;
51.7.
warning of road-users about the danger for traffic;
51.8.
picking up (setting down) groups of children into transporting buses — on the buses;
51.9.
approaching of the tramway to a tramway stop point zone marked by the road signs “Tramway stop point”, “Tramway stop area” and/or a horizontal road marking 1.17.2, and while it is in this area — on tramways. Tramways not having hazard warning lights must turn on the right direction-indicator.
52.
Hazard warning lights must be turned on in case of reverse movement of the vehicle.
53.
After turning on hazard warning lights, as well as in its absence or failure, a warning triangle must be immediately put up (at night-time, in addition to the warning triangle a lamp with flashing red light may be set out):
53.1.
in case of a traffic accident;
53.2.
upon a compelled standing of the vehicle on the carriageway and in places where the standing is prohibited, with the exception of cessation of movement of the vehicle in connection with the accumulation of other vehicles stopped on the carriageway (hereinafter — congestion);
53.3.
in case of standing and parking of the vehicle at the night-time on unlit sections of the road (other than built-up areas), and/or upon insufficient visibility of the road when marker and parking lights are faulty.
54.
Warning triangle and flashlight with a blinking red light are placed at a distance, ensuring in a specific traffic situation timely warning to other drivers about the dangers, but at least 15 meters from the vehicle in built-up areas and at least 40 meters — outside built-up areas.
55.
In the absence or fault of hazard warning lights on the power-driven vehicle being drawn or the vehicle moving with a technical malfunction, the warning triangle must be fixed at its rear part on the left side.
