Chapter 3. Outer light equipment

• 13. Number, type, colour and working regime of outer light equipment do not comply with requirements of the vehicle's design. Installation of outer light equipment from vehicles of other brands and models is permitted on vehicles whose manufacturing is terminated. It is prohibited to connect rear fog lamps to stop lamps.
• 14. The lamp regulation, specified by the technical normative legal acts (technical documentation, is impaired.
• 15. Outer light equipment and retroreflectors do not function in the established order or are unclean.
• 16. The light equipment lacks lens or lens and bulbs, not corresponding to the type of a light device.
• 17. Installation of flashing lights (beacon lights) does not comply with the requirements of the technical normative legal acts.
• 18. There are installed light devices with lights or reflectors of red colour on the front of the vehicle or of white colour (except for reversing lamps and lamps illuminating registration panel, retroreflective registration, distinguishing and distinctive signs and marks) — on the rear.
• 19. There are objects (liquids) not specified by design inside the optical elements.
• 20. Brake signals or the identification sign “Road-train” operate in flashing regime.
• 21. Along with two fog lamps, there are installed additional lamps; additional lamps are installed on the roof of the motor vehicle.
