• 22. Windscreen wipers do not work in the established regime. Frequency of movement of wipers over a wet windscreen in a maximum speed regime of the windscreen wipers is less than 35 double moves per minute.
• 23. Windscreen-washers specified by the design of the vehicle do not function.
• 24. The vehicle's windscreen has a crack (cracks) on the driver's side in the zone cleaned by the windscreen-wiper.
